Order Hard Seltzer - Twin Cities, MN - Counselor Realty

Hard seltzer—made with a combination of carbonated water, alcohol, and often some type of fruit flavoring—is a deliciously refreshing drink that's enjoyable any time of the year. The following are destinations near Minneapolis homes for sale and St. Paul homes for sale that are worth a visit to order a hard seltzer.

  • Fulton Brewing - 414 6th Ave. N., Minneapolis, MN 55401
Since founding Fulton Brewing in 2009, its owners have experienced phenomenal growth as their popularity has grown. The brewery produces eight different hard seltzer varieties that have proven to be customer favorites, including lemonade, berry, hops, grapefruit, blood orange, and lemon-lime seltzers. A new edition to their hard seltzer lineup is Strawberry Rhubarb, which the owners say is their most Minnesota flavor to date. It has lots of flavor and a pink hue, and like the brewery's other hard seltzers, it's light and effervescent.

Ice Skating Around the Twin Cities - Counselor Realty

With over 14,380 lakes, it's no surprise ice sports have become quite a tradition around Minnesota. Ice skating is a fun way to exercise during the wintertime. Whether you play hockey, figure skate, or simply like to skate around, there are so many great rinks around the Twin Cities. Many of them are outdoors too, so it's easy to get some fresh air. Here are five of our favorite local places to skate.

  • Parade Ice Garden - 600 Kenwood Pkwy., Minneapolis, MN 55403
With three full indoor rinks, a locker room, spectator seating, skate rentals, and a concession stand, Parade Ice Garden is easily one of the best skating spots in Minneapolis. Open skating takes place most weekday afternoons, but the rink also hosts adult open hockey and figure skating pro ice as well. There are often many events to watch on the weekends. You'll have a ton of fun at Parade Ice Garden, and it's just a short drive from some beautiful Minneapolis homes for sale.

Apple Orchards - Twin Cities - Counselor Realty

For many people, fall and apple orchards go hand in hand. Visiting an orchard gives you the chance to pick up fresh apples in exotic varieties you won't find at your local grocery store. As a bonus, you'll be supporting local farmers and sustainable farming practices. These five orchards are close to both Minneapolis homes for sale and St. Paul homes for sale, making them perfect places to stock up on apples and other fall produce no matter where you live in the Twin Cities area.

  1. Victoria Valley Orchard - 4304 N. Victoria St., Shoreview, MN 55126
Victoria Valley Orchard is an intimate, family-owned orchard near Shoreview homes for sale. The business dates back to the 1960s and has been proudly passed down through several generations since then. These days, they grow 21 varieties of apples, including uncommon options like Ginger Gold, Wealthy, and Shamrock.

You can buy any of these apples by the pound from apple crates kept stocked at the shop in front of the orchard. You'll also find delicious products like unpasteurized honey, caramel apples, and apple-related treats like crisps and pies. Guests do not currently have the option to pick their own fruit, but they are allowed to walk around the orchard and enjoy the beauty of the farm's well-kept grounds.
